Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by GripX Surface Solutions LLC DBA Surface Pros ("Surface Pros," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 903 Lake Shore Drive, Apt 209, Riviera Beach, FL 33403. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Scope of Services
Surface Pros provides residential and commercial surface services in South Florida, including pressure cleaning, surface preparation, paver and stone sealing, and non-slip traction treatments. The specific scope of work for each job is agreed upon between Surface Pros and the customer prior to commencement of work.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Surface Pros — whether by phone, email, or online form — are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is subject to on-site verification of the actual surface conditions, size, and scope of work required. We will notify you of any material changes to the quoted price before beginning work. Quotes are not binding contracts until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to require a deposit for larger jobs. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions or circumstances outside our control, at no charge to you.
Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to perform our work safely and effectively, you agree to:
- Ensure the work area is accessible on the scheduled date
- Remove or secure any furniture, plants, or personal items from the work area
- Inform us of any known hazards, underground utilities, or sensitive surfaces prior to work commencing
- Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area during and immediately after service
Limitation of Liability
Surface Pros carries general liability insurance and takes care in performing all work. However, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by factors outside our control, or consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind.
We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated in a written service agreement. Results may vary based on surface condition, age, and prior treatments.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date noted at the top.
