High-end pressure cleaning, surface preparation and paver & stone sealing across South Florida — durable, safe, and beautifully finished the first time.
One crew handling the entire job — each surface treated to its own standard so the result lasts, not just looks good on day one. No shortcuts, no rented hands.
Driveways, pool decks, patios, concrete and stone brought back to life — the correct pressure and method for each material, never damage.
Learn More →The step everyone skips. We clean and profile the surface for the exact application that follows — because the prep is what makes it last.
We reject the industry standard of using overhyped polymeric sand that cracks under thermal dynamics. We utilize breathable, premium sealants and pH-altering deep cleaning to stop weeds at the source. Travertine, marble, and brick pavers are protected from intense UV rays and salt air without suffocating the stone.
Learn More →Our proprietary translucent enhancement brings faded pavers back close to their original color — engineered per driveway, never a coating over the stone. SignaSeal locks in the rich, just-washed look that plain sealers lose as they cure. Residential driveways and pool decks only.

The proprietary vapor-permeable traction matrix. We don't use cheap top-coats or 3-part epoxies that trap moisture and peel. The SignaTrac system permanently builds a dynamically calibrated, barefoot-friendly grip into the finish itself. Safe underfoot wet or dry—an outcome you feel, not a coating you notice.
Read More →SignaTrac is our engineered non-slip system, installed by Signature Traction — grip you can't see, safety you can feel.
Every natural stone behaves differently, and the wrong approach ruins even the best product. We do not fight physics; we engineer for it.
Three steps, done in the right order, by the person who quoted you.
We start by reading the substrate. We choose the right agitation, chemical, and pressure to clean it thoroughly without harming it. Then we wash it down: a high-volume, low-pressure rinse that gathers debris, pushes it off the surface, and alters the stone’s pH—leaving the environment naturally hostile to organic weed growth and ready for sealing.
Prep is set by what comes next — paver sealing, or a non-slip SignaTrac system. Because the surface is already balanced and we know every stage it goes through, we apply exactly the right preparation for whatever's being laid down or sprayed next — so it bonds clean, with no reaction, no lifting, and lasts.
Most of our work is spray-applied, and the finish itself is the outcome — satin or a higher sheen, depending on the look you're after. We read the location and the environment around it to recommend the optimum product and finish for that result, built for lasting performance.

A beautiful surface that isn't safe isn't finished. Every job we do is built around the people — and the four-legged family — who live on it.

Paws have no tread. A wet, sealed deck can send a running dog sideways — ours never will.

Kids run where they shouldn't, barefoot, soaking wet. The surface has to forgive that — every single time.

For the people you care for most, one slip is one too many. We finish every surface like they'll be walking it tomorrow.
Close your eyes and walk it. A Surface Pros finish isn't something you look at — it's something you feel underfoot: clean, even, secure, wet or dry. That's the standard the whole job is built to.

Wrapped, stocked and ready. When the Surface Pros van pulls into your driveway, the job's already half won.
New name. 25 years of hands.
Surface Pros is a new name on the van — but not new to the work. Every quote is given by the same person who does the job. No call center, no crew of strangers. We show up, and our reputation gets there before we do.

Ashton is the foundation of every Surface Pros job. His specialty is surface preparation — understanding and executing the correct prep for every surface type, material, and condition. Twenty years of South Florida work has taught him exactly how different stones, concrete, and natural surfaces respond to prep, treatment, and the elements. Ashton doesn't do surface ready. He does surface engineered. The prep is where outcomes are decided.
Almost every surface failure traces back to one thing — prep that got rushed. Coatings peel. Sealers lift. Stone discolors. Finishes that should last years wear out in months. While others race to get product down, Ashton slows down at the one stage that actually decides the result. Get the prep wrong, and nothing applied on top of it can save the job.
What sets Ashton apart is a refusal to call a surface "good enough." He decides when a surface is truly ready — completely clean, structurally sound, properly profiled, and free of anything that could compromise adhesion or performance. He'd rather spend the extra hour getting it right than make a return trip to fix what a shortcut caused. On a Surface Pros job, nothing gets treated until Ashton signs off.
"If I wouldn't put my name on it, it's not ready yet." — Ashton
