What We Clean

Every Surface Has Its Own Setting

There is no single correct pressure. There's a correct pressure for your surface — and knowing the difference is the whole job.

Driveways & Walkways

Concrete and paver traffic areas cleaned to the right spec for the surface — not overcut, not undercleaned.

Pool Decks & Patios

Surfaces people walk on barefoot, cleaned to strip out the algae film and organic growth that make wet decks slick.

Pavers & Travertine

Soft stone and jointed surfaces cleaned with the pressure, chemistry and agitation matched to the material.

Concrete

Drive pads, sidewalks, entry slabs and hardscape concrete brought back clean without zebra-striping or lap marks.

Screen Enclosures

Frames, deck edges and enclosure-adjacent surfaces cleaned carefully so the job looks finished, not half-done.

Method

It's Not The Machine, It's The Method

Anyone can hire a pressure washer. The difference is knowing what a surface can take.

Travertine is not concrete. A paver driveway is not a sidewalk. Too much pressure blows the joint sand out and etches the stone; too little leaves the organic growth rooted in the pores.

We read the substrate first, then choose the pressure, the chemical and the agitation to match it.

That is why our work does not come back streaked or lap-marked.

"It's not the product. It's the install."
Next Step

Clean. Seal. Grip.

Pressure washing is the first step. The right finish work is what keeps the surface looking better, lasting longer and staying safer underfoot.

Clean

We strip the dirt, algae and organic growth out of the surface, not just off the top of it, finishing with a high-volume low-pressure rinse that alters the stone's pH and leaves it hostile to regrowth.

Seal

Once it is clean and dry, sealing locks the colour in and keeps the dirt out; breathable premium sealants, not the cheap stuff that traps moisture and peels.

Grip

Here is what nobody tells you: sealing makes wet stone more slippery. We build grip into the finish so it is safe barefoot, wet or dry, without changing how it looks.

FAQ

Straight Answers

How much does pressure washing cost in Palm Beach County?

It depends on the surface, the size, the amount of organic growth, and whether the stone needs delicate treatment. We give free honest quotes after we see what the substrate can take.

Will pressure washing damage my pavers or travertine?

It can in the wrong hands. Travertine is not concrete, and pavers are not a sidewalk. Too much pressure blows the joint sand out and etches the stone. We read the substrate first, then match the pressure, chemical and agitation to it.

How often should a driveway be cleaned in Florida?

Most Florida driveways need cleaning about every 12 to 18 months. Shaded areas, damp sections and heavy tree cover usually need it sooner because algae and organic growth come back faster.

Do you clean pool decks?

Yes. Pool decks are one of the main surfaces we clean. We treat them to the right spec for the material so the deck gets clean without being scarred or left slick from bad technique.

Does pressure washing get rid of black streaks and algae?

Yes, when the surface is treated correctly. The point is not just to blast the top layer off. We strip the dirt, algae and organic growth out of the surface, then finish with a high-volume low-pressure rinse so the job does not come back streaked or lap-marked.

Does sealing pavers make them slippery?

Yes. Sealed stone is more slippery when wet if nothing is done about grip. We tell people that plainly, and when needed we can build non-slip grip into the finish without changing how the surface looks.
